Starting a job with a QR code
ADEX uses job verification to help confirm that you and your provider are ready for the service to begin.

Meet your provider
Check that the provider and service match the details shown in your booking.

Open the booking
Go to My dashboard and open the relevant confirmed booking.

Scan the provider's QR code
The provider shows their job-start QR code. The customer scans it to start the job.

Job moves to In progress
After successful verification, ADEX records the job as In progress.

Only start the job when the provider is present and you are ready for the service to begin.
