Using the 6-digit backup code
If QR scanning is unavailable, ADEX provides a 6-digit code as a backup verification method.

Open the relevant booking
Go to your dashboard and open the job you need to verify.

Choose the backup option
Use the 6-digit verification option when QR scanning cannot be completed.

Complete verification
Enter the booking-specific code for the relevant stage of the job.
