Confirming job completion
ADEX uses a two-sided completion process so there is a clear record that the service has finished.

Provider marks the service complete
When the work is finished, the provider starts the completion process.

Provider scans the customer's QR code
The customer presents their completion QR code and the provider scans it.

Customer confirms completion
The customer reviews the service and confirms that the job has been completed.

Booking becomes Completed
After the required completion steps, ADEX records the booking as Completed.
