Starting a job
ADEX uses job-start verification to create a clear record that the provider and customer are ready for the service to begin.

Open the confirmed booking
Go to your provider dashboard and open the relevant upcoming job.

Meet the customer
Confirm that you are at the correct location and ready to provide the booked service.

Show your provider QR code
Present the job-start QR code to the customer.

Customer scans the QR code
The customer scans your QR code to verify that the service is beginning.

Job moves to In progress
After successful verification, ADEX updates the booking status to In progress.

If QR scanning cannot be completed, use the booking's 6-digit backup verification process.
